Maddie Wagner is originally from Northeast Tennessee and recently lived in Washington, DC. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and later pursued a Master of Public Policy at the Catholic University of America.
Maddie has experience working on homelessness and housing research and policy, including interning and conducting research with Catholic Charities USA and through projects during her graduate studies. Her work focuses on understanding the structural causes of poverty and identifying community-oriented policy solutions that better support vulnerable populations.
In her free time, Maddie enjoys reading, making art, live music, and spending time with friends and family. She is passionate about strengthening communities and is motivated by a commitment to serve underserved populations and help all people flourish.
