Neal Osborne

“Neal Osborne is a lifelong resident of Bristol with a passion for bettering the lives of the residents of Southwest Virginia and the New River Valley.

Prior to serving as United Way of Southwest Virginia’s Development Coordinator, Neal cultivated a diverse background working in communications, sales, and education. He has served as a member of the Bristol Virginia City Council since 2018, including two terms as mayor.

Neal studied liberal arts at Virginia Highlands Community College. In his spare time, he enjoys playing the guitar. He has one teenage child and lives in Bristol.”
