Workplace Campaigns

Employee campaigns are a simple way to make a difference while creating a more engaged and connected workforce.

Through employee campaigns, United Way provides an opportunity for thousands of individuals and employees from more than 200 Southwest Virginia area businesses to donate a portion of every paycheck to help change the odds for children and families in our area.

United Way works with business partners to create a meaningful experience for employees and companies and a lasting change for our community.

Corporate social responsibility is just good business. When employees are involved in their company’s charitable efforts, they’re more productive, engaged, and invested. Our goal is to help our partners develop and execute people-centered, compassionate corporate social responsibility and community investment programs.

A simple way to start is by running a workplace giving campaign.

Running a campaign with United Way of Southwest Virginia can help build your team, your business, and your reputation. We’ll work with you to organize a program that best suits your organization, all while educating your team and showing them how they can make a real impact in our community.

With your help, we can break the cycle of poverty; give all kids an equal chance to learn and succeed; build strong, healthy communities; and meet our neighbors’ most basic needs.

We know you’re busy, so we’re here to provide the tools, people, and expertise to help you run a successful workplace campaign as quickly and easily as possible. In fact, we’ll provide a toolkit full of ideas and information to help you manage a successful campaign. We will always be a phone call or email away with additional support!

Together, we can empower your employees to change the world. To get started, message our donations team today!
