Celebrity Bagging is an annual fundraising event hosted by Food City on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. During Celebrity Bagging, volunteer celebrities bag groceries for a short length of time at participating Food City locations across the region and collect tips to benefit United Way of Southwest Virginia’s programs.
